I'm embarrassed! Turns out I should have done some research. Apparently, e.l.f. (eyeslipsface) has not recently been purchased by Nordstrom... it is always $1.
Apparently, there was a e-mail blitz a year or so ago saying Bloomingdales and/or Macy's had purchased e.l.f. also... Not true.
I'm sorry!! My friend (I just copied and pasted this info from her blog!) did find some great reviews still for the makeup, it is used & recommended in lots of beauty magazines... I'm sorry!
I'm still excited to get my order!
Apparently some Target's sell e.l.f. too. Yup, for $1.
