Kent got an internship at Ingersoll-Rand!!!!!!
He had 3 interviews (well the 3rd one had about 4 in one day!) as well as visiting the company and he just found out this weekend that they offered him a summer internship!!!! Of course he is going to take it! It is on the north side of Indianapolis, so he will probably just commute everyday. We were kind of sweatin' it there for a while thinking that all the internship opportunities were past, but we actually found out that if he wouldn't have gotten this offer, there were going to be quite a few other companies coming to Purdue this semester to look for interns. So that was sort of a relief to know there were possible back-ups! I knew he could do it, even though he felt his first interview was a bombshell, but somehow he made it through. He really does have a lot of qualities to make a good HR person, so it will good for him to get some experience under his belt. Well, I would write more, but we have a 2nd showing in a few minutes, so I gotta run.
Way to go, Kent! We are so proud of you!!

That's great! I know of at least one peron in our ward that works there right now, so the office must not be very far from where we live. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help make the experience of commuting that far this summer more enjoyable for you guys. You're always wlecome here. :) Congratulations!!!
