TYLER DEAR!

Six things about Tyler

1. He was almost a Halloween baby!

2. He LOVES Superheros! Especially Spiderman!

3. He is a very kind, loving, innocent, thoughtful, giving little boy.

4. He is a big helper to me when it comes to Harrison - sometimes he gets tired of fetching things for me after I've asked him 3 or 4 times, but who wouldn't? :)

5. He shares the same middle name as his dad - Durand.

6. He is very protective of his toys and belongings and takes good care of the things he really cares about, but sometimes he is a little too caring and likes to collect ALL sorts of things that pile up on his dresser - especially his rock collection.

Tyler wanted donuts for breakfast for his birthday, so after a long night of Halloween festivities we ran to the grocery store and bought two different kinds - powdered and glazed. We first made him get ready for school and then eat and open presents - I've never seen him get ready so fast! :)

After his scant breakfast he was all ready to open presents. He got this game called Crossbows and Catapults from us, which Kent picked out because it was one he had growing up and loved. Harrison and Morgan got him a couple superhero action figures, Angel and Colossus to be exact.

He brought Yo-go roll-ups to share at school, but the teacher forgot to pass them out and sing Happy Birthday to him because they were trying to finish a scarecrow they were working on, but she is going to do it tomorrow. He did get a birthday ribbon and pencil though. I had to work tonight, so Kent made his birthday dinner - macaroni and cheese! Tomorrow my parents and family are coming over for a bonfire, so that will be something to look forward to.

We all love Tyler very much! He is so affectionate and brings us all lots of joy and happiness!
