Kent's grandma's maiden name is Loft and we went to a huge Loft reunion a few weekends ago. His grandma had 12 other brother and sisters, so there were a ton of people there! It was at a church that had a separate activities/entertainment building. There was a skateboard ramp, workout center, day care, swimming pool (where we hung out!), indoor basketball courts, etc. Wow! There was also a TON of food! I was in heaven! :) Talk about some good cooking! After we ate, we took the kids swimming. They had some fun water park-type features that the kids loved playing in. The big cones up top would fill with water and then dump out after they got full. They loved standing underneath the one about to dump. The kids loved goofing around with Uncle Clark in the water and playing with their cousins.
Harrison didn't really like the water, maybe it was too chilly for him, but his curiosity overtook his fear and he kept reaching for the water, until one time he got squirt right in the face, which didn't make him very happy. It was a lot of fun and we were able to visit afterwards with some of Kent's aunts, uncles, and cousins from Michigan.
